Steven B. Haase

Chief Scientific Advisor

Dr. Haase is a molecular systems biologist and a faculty member in the Department of Biology at Duke University. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Biochemistry and Chemistry at Colorado State University before completing his Ph.D. in Genetics at Stanford. As Principal Investigator of The Haase Lab, he pioneers research into the molecular mechanisms governing cell division and circadian cycles through genetics, genomics, and advanced mathematical modeling.

By avocation, Dr. Haase’s experiences as a competitive athlete have fueled his interests in exercise physiology, nutrition, and healthspan.
